Additional learning outside your course will include (but not limited to):
- How to register your own setting
- Advertising & marketing your business
- Business social media & brand building
- How to invoice, manage accounts, use the LA funding portal, complete a tax self assessment and learn to forecast ratios
- A full enhanced DBS check will be completed on your successful application - We will pay for you to carry out a full paediatric first aid training course and the relevant safeguarding training. Whilst we recognise this isn’t mandatory, we strongly believe it to be best practice

There is no doubt that early years careers are hard work, but there are also endless rewards. It is a privilege to work with early years children in helping them to grow and have a lot of fun. We build strong working partnerships with their families and become key relationships in their children’s lives. Aspire has very high standards and expectations, but we also offer a great deal of support and fun in return.
