 Additional learning outside your course will include (but not limited to):

 - How to register your own setting 

 - Advertising & marketing your business

 - Business social media & brand building

 - How to invoice, manage accounts, use the LA funding portal, complete a tax self assessment and learn to forecast ratios  

- A full enhanced DBS check will be completed on your successful application - We will pay for you to carry out a full paediatric first aid training course and the relevant safeguarding training. Whilst we recognise this isn’t mandatory, we strongly believe it to be best practice

📷 Commited to early years education & bringing fun to their development journey

📷 Honesty, professionalism and a drive for helping to deliver a very high standard of childcare 

 -Every second Monday paid, but work from home on your early years studies 

- Annual birthday bonus

There is no doubt that early years careers are hard work, but there are also endless rewards. It is a privilege to work with early years children in helping them to grow and have a lot of fun. We build strong working partnerships with their families and become key relationships in their children’s lives.
